Our miniature gas pumps operate without oil, according to the multi-cell principle or as diaphragm pumps. The vanes are made of special carbon with long service life of up to 10,000 operating hours (depending on the load). The pump housing is made of stainless steel, while the diaphragm pump housing is made of Ryton respectively PA.

Powerful, non-ferrous precision servo motors are normally used to drive the direct current pumps. The inexpensive low-cost drive variants form an exception. In large DC motors, the motor shafts are sealed with a shaft seal made of a highly elastic material.

We deliver alternating current drives from 2 m³/h onwards in the voltages 230 V/115V and 50/60 Hz and three-phase motors in 220/380V 50/60 Hz. Since ball bearings and fans form part of the standard equipment, the motors are highly durable, if used correctly.
